Embracing Alchemy

Have you ever thought of the concept of alchemy?

Where one takes their dreams

Mixes in all the highs and lows

And turns them into reality

Whatever life throws at them

They persevere with positivity, determination and an unbreakable spirit

Seemingly almost magically

While making the most of experiences to better themselves

And those in their community

YOU are the main character in your life's journey

Seek out your passions

And you will find fulfillment in the pursuit of prosperity

Although some events are out of our control

Be mindful that you are the author of each page, each chapter yet to be

Make your bed and sleep in it confidently

If you could hold your life in the palm of your hand

What would that concoction look like

From the perspective of the person you will be?

Like a twig grows into a mighty, strong tree

Or the award winner that was once just a nominee

Surely, your older, wiser version would look on

Those memories and everything you went through fondly

Be grateful that you are a creator and manifestor of circumstances

I can't wait to see what your imagination reveals

Along the way in your life's incredible story

Breathe, and you will see - Everything will be

More than okay:

In this moment

Take it all in, with gratitude

All those experiences you might even be going through right now

Are all here to push you

To help you grow

To breakthrough and come out stronger than you were yesterday

So it's okay

To cry, to feel lost, stuck, lonely, anxious or any other emotion

Remember emotions feed your feelings

Those feelings are temporary

And if you just have the patience

To ride out the storm of your mind

You will see everything has been, is, and always will be

More than okay on the other side

Trust, in your life's process and greater purpose

Let go, of the heavy expectations you set on yourself

Believe, in yourself and the courage you have within to overcome any obstacle

Know, that you are worthy of happiness and fulfillment

Meditate, on your life's mantra through your consistent daily actions

To create your destiny
